Little Rock Curling:
Mondays at
5:00pm.
Children in grades 5 and 6 are eligible. Weekly sessions will be held on Mondays
at 5:00pm. The cost for the year is $50 for
an individual. (please see Rae for info on fee for additional family members). The only equipment needed
is a bike or hockey helmet and clean sneakers. Parents must provide

Junior Curling:

Fridays: 4:45 - 6:00
New and experienced curlers welcome! Join us for recreational or competitive
curling. Skill development, games and friendship are the focus of the junior
curling program. Certified coaches will help you learn to curl or take your game
“to the next level.” Come, join the fun and learn one of Canada’s favourite
winter sports. Equipment needed: clean sneakers and stretchy pants. The cost of
a year’s membership is $65 (please see coach for info on fee for additional family members).

Drew MacCormack downed Mayflower’s Alex MacNeil 7-6 Sunday at the Highlander
Curling Club to win the Nova Scotia Youthspiel Championship, the first
provincial championship of the curling season. Ryan Whitehead, Nick Den
Hartog and Jordan Cassidy rounded out the winning entry.
